Q: Where are you based?
A: UK-based. Orders are handled domestically to keep delivery simple and predictable.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. This profile is limited to UK-only dispatch.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Typically Next Day Delivery for more than 90% packages, however 1–3 working days may happen after dispatch. Delivery times depend on postal service conditions and may vary.

Q: Which courier do you use?
A: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Q: When do you dispatch orders?
A: Orders are usually processed within one working day. Weekend and bank holiday orders may take longer. If you order during Monday-Friday before 1PM UK time, orders are disptached same day.

Q: How are orders packaged?
A: Packaging is designed to be discreet and unbranded, with no obvious identifiers.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Tracking is given only when package is late for delivery and there are issues (no delivery for more than 3 days for example). This cases however are very rare.

Q: What if an order doesn’t arrive?
A: Customers are advised to allow a reasonable timeframe before raising concerns. Delays with Royal Mail can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods. Once disptached and if you’re address is correct, there is really no major reasons why package would not arrive. We have 99% success rate inside UK.

A: Due to the nature of the marketplace, returns are not standard. Issues are handled case-by-case.
